| Mark's arrival coincides with LEA strengthening the Engineering side of Telecommunications to support International Project Roll out needs of our Client's in fixed and mobile networks. Mark has operated at a Senior level running Project Recruitment Teams for the past 8 years in Mobile, Telecommunications, Rail, Water, Gas, Electrical, Construction, Oil & Gas. During this time Mark has been instrumental in recruiting staff on a Pan-European level within the Mobile and Telecommunications Arena. |

Within the other Industries Mark has worked closely with Clients who recognise there are skills shortages throughout their Industries and produced successful Recruit, Train and Employ bespoke packages on a case by case basis.

Gerry brings 35 years of communications technical and executive leadership to AttivaCorp® and LEA Consultants. .Prior to the establishment of Attiva Corporation, Gerry spent seven years with Bechtel Telecommunications in various leadership positions. Beginning in 1997 and ending in 2004, he held leadership positions including VP Business Development for North America, VP & General Manager Telecommunications Latin American Region, VP PR and Government Relations, and VP Marketing, Strategy & Global Business Development. During the period he was a member of the Steering Committee of the Institute of the Americas, and served on the Advisory Board of Bechtel-Metodo Telecommunicaciones do Brasil. Kennedy was elected to an officer position in 1999, and elected as a Principal Vice President in 2000.

Gerry started his communications career in 1967 with Bendix Radio Communications. After completing U.S. military service in 1970, he initiated a career with The C&P Telephone Company of Maryland (Bell Atlantic/Verizon). During his tenure through 1997, he was immersed in various disciplines across the telecommunications business, including network planning, outside plant engineering & construction, microwave systems, interoffice toll, central office cutovers, power engineering, mobile radio, network survivability and disaster recovery.Just prior to joining Bechtel in 1997, he was Director of Operations for Bell Atlantic International.
